Done properly with kiln-dried or polymeric sand, a resand typically holds for 2–4 years before it needs topping up, depending on footfall, drainage and weather exposure. A sealant on top extends that further.

Not when the method matches the surface. Hard surfaces like block paving and concrete handle direct pressure well; render, cladding and older brick get a soft wash instead, using lower pressure and a cleaning solution rather than force. We assess the surface before we touch it.

We bring our own power, but we do use your water supply — so you'll need a working outside tap we can connect to. If you're not sure whether yours is suitable, just mention it when you book and we'll advise.

A standard driveway wash and resand usually runs half a day to a full day. Larger jobs, or ones combining several services, are scoped out and timed when we quote.

No need to be in for the whole job — just clear cars, bins and loose items from the area beforehand, and make sure we've got access to your outside tap. We'll handle the rest and let you know once it's done.
